Neighborhood House Connections
Our first Peer Education Leadership Summit with 80 high school students from Suffolk County. These awesome young people came together to be trained as peer leaders in suicide prevention and upstander education. They shared their time, compassion and courage so that they can bring this incredibly important message back to their schools and communities.
Thank you to the Health Educators from the Suffolk County Dept of Health, along with LICAB, the LI Crisis Center, and all of the school staff and students who participated.
